Opens another build slot, if you have 1 it gives you 2.

So I have 2 golden hammers in my bag, can I use them to open more build slots?.

You can only have 2 build slots. The first is open all the time. The second is opened with the hammers (or by spending diamonds). Using the hammers you have will open the second slot or extend the time that the slot will remain open for. You cannot add any more slots.
