Is the campaign long?

Depends what you mean by campaign. If you mean the quests that have the little character popups, its relatively short (10 chapters usually completed by Sanctuary level 11) and is easily finished in a few days. If you mean the actual campaign with the helicopter that takes you to the Match-3 game, it takes quite a while to beat the hundreds upon hundred of levels, and they can always add more.
