Cores

There are a lot of items that you can acquire in Marvel Future Revolution. Whenever you look at your inventory, you will notice that there are different tabs available to have your items more organized. One of the tabs that you will find will store all of the Cores that you have collected.

In this page, we’ll be checking the basics of what a Core can do for you in order to make your character stronger. As you progress your levels halfway to the maximum level, you’ll be able to utilize cores for your items to make them better. Let’s check what they can do for you.

What are Cores?

When you open up your inventory, you should be able to find your Cores on the third tab that is available. Here, you will see Cores that you have acquired in the game. Cores are items that can be equipped to Battle Badges of Level 40 and above, and they provide you with additional stats for the badges.

There are different colored Cores that are available, and they have different grades as well which are represented as stars. Higher stars will provide the better stats for your character. Each Core color represents the stats that you can acquire. Here is the list of available cores as well as the bonuses you can get:

As the game’s story progresses, you will be needing more power as well as bonuses to your stats in order to make it easier for you to defeat enemies. Cores provide you with the stats needed for your character in order to get that small boost that will help with your tasks. If you know each core’s capability, then you can focus on getting ones that will benefit for your hero the most.

Combining Cores

If you want to increase the power of your Cores, you have the capability of combining them. Head to the HQ and go to the Combine Cores facility, from there you will be able to combine three cores in order to get a core that has stronger effects. In doing so, you will need to use Convergium particles and Gold as your materials.

There are also restrictions and features in terms of combining your cores as follows:

When combining, you have a chance to get a core of a higher star rating. The chance gets lower if you combine cores of higher grades. For example, combining 4-star cores has a 20% chance of becoming a 5-star core.

Combine Cores at HQ

Combining cores is a good feature for you to use since there are a lot of items that you can acquire in the game. Excess cores that you don’t use can be instead be material for combining. At least this way, you won’t have to dismantle them.

How to get more Cores

One of the drops that you’ll find often in the game are Core Boxes, they can range from different types such as 1*- 3* Core Boxes or more. Higher grades can be acquired as well through specific areas. Now that you know which bonuses can be acquired, you will want to get more of them.

Thankfully there are a lot of ways to get Core Boxes in Marvel Future Revolution. You can find them by completing the game’s story missions, but there are other ways as well. Here is the list of available places you can acquire Core Boxes:
