What do you mean by R1 to R5? And how you can change it from R1 to R2 and so on and so forth in Sea Of Conquest?

Gangs have levels of members. R5 is the leader, R4 are officers appointed by the Leader. R1 to R3 are general levels of members. You join as an R1 and the Leaders can change your rank as they wish. Mostly they will increase it if you are an active member, donate, help with battles etc. If you are not sure what your gang expects for members to be upgraded or promoted to officers then you can ask the leader.

R1 - R5 are position in your gang hierarchy..R5 is gang leader, R4 you can say vice leader and so on..every position have different role. To change status is simply ask your gang leader for the position..
