Tap on the Gang settings on the lower right corner and then select the Exit option.
Note: If you are the gang leader then you cannot leave before you pass the leadership to another gang member.

In the French version, as Gang leader, I don't find the "Exit" option in the Settings, only an option to dissolve the gang, which I don't want to do 36 2 REPORT
