Another player sunk me, TWICE, how do I FIND them so I can retaliate?

Tap on the small red skill icon at the top of the screen. This shows your infamy and you also have a button for FOE. The FOE list will show people who have attacked you and in some cases you will have a REVENGE button.If this show you can tap it to find their current location
