I am at the point where the game is telling me to install the Astrologers Chamber. I can't find a place where it fits. I can move it left, right, and to the bottom level. It stays red no matter where I put it. So where does it go?

You need to make a space that is 3 levels high and 1 wide. If you don't have then then you need to move other cabin rooms around.
Tap and hold on a placed room to go into edit mode. You can then move it to another location or Stow it for now and place it again afterwards.

Astro chamber is 3 blocks tall. May need to relocate other rooms to allow proper fit.
