Puzzles and survival what is the best place to get training speed ups?

If you can take part in the Wasteland King event every 2 weeks the rewards there will give you lots of training speedups. And if your alliance does well in the alliance showdown event you can choose training speedups there.
You can get them from other event rewards as well. Or you can get lots of general speedups from various in game shops.
