This map has a new layout. One entry point that splits to two rings leading back to the base. The crucial point in this layout is the first ring and the chokepoint in the middle. Though it is probably tempting to put two cannons in the middle but avoid doing that; instead, you may want to put two forts which you’ll later upgrade. The cannon should be put in the rear middle of the first ring; that way, it can damage enemies as they move inward. You may also be forced to use your spells during the first waves. The pesky boars and goblins may get past your initial defenses so prepare to deploy your warriors in the middle to stall them. You’ll also have to deal with a wave of flying units as early as Wave 3 so don’t focus on dealing with ground forces.

You’ll have two elite wizard warriors in the middle of the map. They are quite resilient and their ability to lock down aerial targets will help you a lot. They can also use ordinary attacks against airborne targets. The layout in the first ring will be a bit different so putting a cannon in the middle will be a good idea. Remember to upgrade it later on so you can deal splash damage right before the enemy group splits.

You won’t have any allied units in this map but you’ll have more spots where you can build your towers. You can start by placing two forts on the middle north and south of the first ring, then steadily earn enough resources so you can deploy two labs beside the forts and put cannons on the leftmost side. Beware in the second wave though since goblins will attempt to slip through in intervals, right after the skeleton warriors walk in. Prepare to deploy your warriors in the middle to intercept them as necessary. You’ll also have to deal with Water Spirits. They don’t pose much threat in small groups but they’re the creatures summoned by Water Demons you’ll face later on, similar to the Skeleton Warriors summoned by Devil Observers.
