There are two enemy entry points here and the bottleneck will be near the hill going up to your base. It will be a good idea to set up a cannon in the fork part of the road then place nearby Labs to slow down enemy advance. The hilltop defenses should comprise of forts primarily with a lab as well to help funnel down stragglers. The early waves will consist of several boars and goblins, which can easily get past your measly towers. Consider deploying your warriors in the bottleneck to prevent anything from passing through.
