I don’t think you can remove them once you get them, but if you close the app as soon as you fail the test, it will start the year over. You will still need to take the test again, but just keep doing this until you pass.

It does not help, if you want to get rid of them you need to buy the bitlife pass which costs one dollar. So long story short you cannot get rid of eyeglasses in bitlife for free.If you are still looking for help with this game we have more questions and answers for you to check.
