You have to try out. Depending on your athletics you will be approved or denied.

I had full athleticism and still got denied

And have to have willpower and looks at 80-100

I'm literally in the popular kids clique, my looks are at 100%, my athleticism is about 75% and my health Is at 100%. I still got denied from joining the cheer squad :(. Never in my entire time of playing bitlife have I been able to join it.

You have to have 100% looks and be in the mean girls clique!!!

You have to be in gymnastics team in order to join.
