For the Ghostbusters challenge you need to exorcise 10 ghosts. The best strategy is:

- Be in the USA

- When you can get a job keep reloading until the Exorcist job option appears and take it.

- Find haunted houses to buy, you may need to keep reloading to refresh the lists until you find these. Then choose to exorcise the ghosts yourself.

Once you exorcise the ghosts your house should go up in value so you can sell it and afford the next one.

You will need to exorcise 10 ghosts in total to complete the challenge.
