What can I do if the job I want isn't available?

If you are qualified for the job but its lot listed in your current job opportunities then you can try 2 things. One is to take on a different job that is available and age up a year and then check the job listings again. Or if you don't want to get older you can also try fully closing the app and opening it again which may refresh the job listings for you.
