ZIO and the Magic Scrolls Guide

Added:

Zio and the Magic Scrolls is an idle-RPG game with gacha mechanics where you’ll have to form a team of capable heroes and villains to tackle the various story stages and content the game has to offer. When playing, you’ll be able to recruit/summon various heroes with different types and specialties. In our Teamwork Effect Guide, we will discuss this helpful mechanic that can help you save resources and make hero management a lot more efficient.

What is the Teamwork Effect

The Teamwork Effect is a special mechanic that increases the default or starting level of new heroes and the rest of the heroes in your roster. For example, your Teamwork level is 60; so all heroes in your roster that’s below LV60 will be automatically bumped to LV60 and all new heroes that will be added to your team will start off at LV60. The Resources used by all units below the teamwork level will be fully refunded!

How to Increase Teamwork Level

To increase the teamwork level, you’ll need to meet two requirements:

1. Have any 5 Awakened characters. Awakened heroes will require the use of magic crystals to “limit break” or increase their level cap. This occurs in specific levels (that also corresponds to the Teamwork level requirement)

2. Pay the required amount of magic crystals. The amount of crystals needed as you reach higher teamwork levels will become astoundingly steep (as shown in the screenshot above). That’s why to maximize your crystal usage, focus on awakening your best five characters first then avoid awakening other heroes until you’re able to pay the required magic crystal amount to activate the next Teamwork Effect level.

As you may have already known, improving your heroes eats up a ton of resources. The Teamwork effect is very beneficial as it keeps your new heroes updated to certain levels so you don’t have to start building them from LV1. Take advantage of this mechanic to make your experience and hero management a lot more bearable and cost-effective.
