Market Guide

Zio and the Magic Scrolls is an idle-RPG game with gacha mechanics where you’ll have to form a team of capable heroes and villains to tackle the various story stages and content the game has to offer. To aid you in your quests and journey, shops and other establishments are readily available to cater your needs. The Market is where you can spend your gold and other currencies in exchange for various items and goods. In our Market Guide, we will quickly discuss this establishment’s function.

As the name suggests, the Market is where you can purchase various goods and items that you can use in improving your heroes, scrolls, and progression. You can access this facility by tapping the Kingdom option in the bottom of the menu. This is different from the Shop menu that requires real money transactions. The Market has five categories, which we will list below. The items in all categories are restocked automatically as part of the game’s scheduled daily reset.

Aerok Shop

This is the default shop menu where you can spend gold to purchase random armor pieces, weapons, and materials using gold. You can also purchase AFK items and essences using diamonds. These items are only available in very limited amounts. The items are also updated/ changed as you progress through the story.

The store’s inventory is refreshed/ restocked as part of the game’s scheduled daily reset. Alternatively, you can also forcibly restock the shop’s inventory by spending diamonds, up to three times a day.

Honor Shop

The items under this category can only be bought using Honor Coins, which you can earn by winning PvP matches. You can purchase various random equipment and weapons here. Like the Aerok category, the items available here will improve as you clear story episodes.

Demon King Tower Shop

This shop only accepts Demon King Tower Coins that you can earn by clearing floors in the Demon King Tower adventure mode. Here you can buy various essences and specific Hero Summon tickets. The latter allows you to summon the specified heroes; if you already owned the hero, you’ll receive the Soul Stones of that hero instead.

Guild Shop

This shop requires Guild Coins. These coins can only be acquired by clearing Boss Raids or Guild Wars (both activities require the player to be a member of a guild). You can purchase various random grade equipment and weapons, as well as more potent AFK items (12 hour EXP or Mana Crystal. The shop’s inventory will also improve as you clear story episodes.

Soul Stone Shop

In this shop, you’ll be able to use various Essences to purchase Soul Stones. You can only do this twice per day. The items and number of purchase attempts are restocked automatically as part of the game’s scheduled daily reset.
