Do I need to level up all my magic scrolls?

Since the resources needed to level up your scrolls can be hard to come by, you can consider leveling up at least three of the main scrolls that you'll be using often. You can include a healing scroll, debuff/buff scroll, and an offensive/damage-dealing scroll.
