Primitive Era is a new online real-time strategy game where you become the Chief of your own Primitive tribe. Part building and development and part fighting this game offers a long term game of strategic planning. Check below for our tips and help to help you get started in Primitive Era.
Primitive Era Hints and Tips
Follow the tutorial and learn the basics by checking the Elders Rulebook that you can find the the events menu. When you start playing the game you will be directed through a number of tutorial stages where the game gets you to build the main buildings and start your army etc. This and the rulebook will give you the basic knowledge of the game.
Pick a Custom
Once you reach Chief Level 7 you will need to select a Custom which is the class you will play as. The custom will affect a few strengths and weaknesses that you have. You can change the class at any time after this but you can only change for free at certain levels. If you need help picking a class please see our guide for Classes.
Join a Clan
During the initial stages you will also have the opportunity to join a clan. You do not need to join one right away (or at all) but it is highly recommended. Without a clan you will always be vulnerable in the game, and will not be able to take advantage of all the events and rewards that the game offers. You can change clan at any time as well and finding a strong clan where you fit in will gain you protection, rewards and often some good friends.
Make sure to Research
As well as the building the other development aspect is research. Research is introduced early when you set up the Foreteller's Dome. As you progress and the game starts opening new events every advantage that you can gain through research will help you improve.
Be aware of the Events
There are a lot of events in the game, Initially there will be some beginner events to help you get started and then later many more events will be introduced. Each will offer the chance to earn rewards which will be the best way to progress in the game. When you start, completing events will be hard, but make as much progress as you can and with each increase in your own power that you make the easier it will be to earn more rewards.

At the moment you can only change region if your chiefs hall is between level 2 and 6. There is also a time limit. When you reach level 2 you will get 2 Novice Relocation items in your inventory. They last for 15 days or until you reach level 6. Use them to change your region. Hopefully the developers will introduce an immigration option as well for established players.
What is the best troop formation?
It depends on what you are facing. To begin with a good standard formation will be infantry in front row, cavalry next and then archers at the back. But you may find in some cases it helps to have all of the same troop type.
How do you use Ancient scrolls?
Ancient scrolls are needed for certain research items. Mainly for the Region Development and Region Battle research trees. When you start the research it will use the scrolls.
How can I delete my current account in game and restart the game from the beginning?
There isn't a way in game to delete a character but you can start a new one at any time. You may be able to contact the game support in game and ask them to delete a character if it's important. To start a new character go to the settings menu and select the Account & Character option, then tap on Character Management and you can find the option to create a new character. The game runs on UTC / GMT time zone. 00:00 midnight is the reset time. You can see the current in game time in the settings menu. Tap the More '+' icon at the bottom and then select Settings.

Das Spiel selbst gefällt mir in Bezug auf Grafik, Strategie und Möglichkeiten, aber der Support ist ziemlich miserabel. Erstens erreicht man ihn nur mühsam, weil man meist angeblich schlechtes Netz hat (was definitiv NICHT stimmt, ist wohl eher deren Server) und zweitens kriegt man meist nur extrem wenig hilfreiche ..
