Is it worth pulling in the Normal Recruitment banner?

Normal Recruitment will only require you to use 1 Standard Referrals (License) and 1000 gold per pilot. Standard Referrals can be obtained from clearing Daily Requests so there's really nothing to lose.
You can use 120 crystals to get a License but we strongly suggest to save your crystals for the special recruitment.
