How do you do the Alphabet Challenge?

For this challenge you need to be female and then give birth to 26 children, then name them using names starting with each of the 26 letters of the alphabet.

Start on this as soon as your character reaches 16. It will take 26 years to do this and that chances or miscarriages increase with age. If you do get a prompt about a miscarriage though you can exit the app and reload to try again but it will get harder with each passing year.
