Whenever you do a x11 Diamond Draw and you didn't get any SSR hero, the Bonus Gauge will fill up. Once it is completely filled, you'll be guaranteed to get a random SSR hero in your next x11 Diamond Draw. This gauge doesn't increase if you're using tickets to draw. Take note that different banners have different bonus gauge so try to concentrate drawing on the same banner if you're aiming to fill up the bonus gauge!
