How do I contact Customer Support?

Once in a while, you’ll encounter problems with the game. Aside from using Google, thankfully, the game has a built-in option that will allow you to open a ticket to the devs and request support, ranging from game features, bugs, account issues, etc. To submit an inquiry ticket, follow these steps.
1. Tap the Menu (gear icon) on the lower portion of the screen then tap Misc..
2. In the next screen, tap the Inquiries button
3. In the next screen, expand the FAQ list and select any of the articles there.
4. In the article page, tap the yellow bar at the bottom that says “Need further assistance? Contact Customer Support”
5. In the next screen, select the proper category for your inquiry and provide all the necessary info. It is recommended to provide as much detail as possible for the support team to be able to help you out. Attaching some screenshots (if applicable) will also help.
Once the ticket is submitted, all you have to do is wait for the support team’s response and hopefully get you the help you need. Enjoy the game!
