How to produce charcoal?

Charcoal comes from both the Charcoal Pit and the Charcoal Kiln buildings.

The Charcoal pit (one building) will automatically produce some charcoal, upgrade it to increase how much it makes. For more charcoal you need to supply the charcoal pits (you can build several) with wood. Tap on the kiln buildings you have and select the Transport option to send wood to it. You need to do this manually when they run out to keep up the production.
