How do I transport more to the bonfire area it only lets me transport small amounts?

You can transfer up to the capacity of the bonfire plaza, but you can only transport what you have available for food and water. If your depot stock of either is low then it will only show that amount.

Just tap on the food or water symbol above to access any stock that you have in the bag / inventory. you can transfer this to the depot so that you can then transport it to the bonfire plaza.
