Hi.. Our region is in first Greater continent.. My question is what if I leave my clan and join other coan during Day 1.. How are my individual and clan points effected?

Your individual points are not affected. You will start contributing to the new clan points when you join the new clan. I think that you are not able to claim clan rewards on the day you change over. Not sure if this depends on whether you already claimed clan rewards from your old clan or not.
