Episode 1 Extra Stars Guide

As well as the Star that you will earn for completing Episode 1, there are 9 more that you can collect during the game. These will come from finding collectible items and completing certain puzzles with requirements.

This is our list of the extra star opportunities in Episode 1.

Episode Puzzles

There are 2 mini game puzzles in the episode that also had Stars as rewards for beating a time / move limit.

Collectibles

There are lots of collectible items to find in the episode, morphing objects and collection items can earn you stars directly when you collect them all.

Musicians

You can collect a star from inside the building in the middle of the lake if you have found the 6 musicians collection items.

Cow Figurines

You can collect a star from a cow statue next to the bridge it you have found all 6 of the cow figure collection items.

Morphing Objects

If you have found all 12 of these then visit the jungle path and tap on the monkey statues on the bottom left to find this extra star.

Optional Puzzles

There are 5 items to find for each of these and then you can use them to play additional optional puzzle games.

Dolphin Figurines

At the beach hut by the fisherman. View the box on the left of the hut and place one dolphin figurine into the slot on the box to play the mini game. Get a Star if you have found 5 dolphins and can complete the 5 levels of the puzzle.

Pungi

In the top area of the building in the center of the lake. You can use the 5 Pungi here to play another puzzle game to get another star

Worms

Find 5 worms to play a fishing puzzle in the pool of water by the Temple entrance.

Secret Room

You can obtain 1 from the hidden object scene in the secret room, this is found in the cave and the walkthrough for opening the door to find it is covered in Episode 1 - Part 2 walkthrough

First collect a Lever from the ground on the left by the purple plant.

Then view a small table on the left with candles on it just above the lever location.

Collect a Candle, A green cloth, and a Key.

Next tap on the glass case on the right. here you can place the lever into a slot on the wall on the left. Pull this down.

Then view a blanket in the center where the object fell.

Collect a scrap of Dried Meat from the plate and then use the key to open the cage that fell.

Collect a circle token.

Next tap the metal hoop on the right to move it and then add the green cloth to it.

Now use the candle on it to pour some wax and then collect the sieve.

Next look in the water.

Give the meat to the crab which will them release the triangle token for you to collect.

Now use the sieve on the water to collect some Mosaic pieces.

Go back to the table with the candle on the left and place the mosaic pieces into the top left.

This will open a panel and you can find a puzzle

Mosaic Puzzle

There are 7 flower designs made up of 3 pieces each. They are jumbled up.

Tap pairs of pieces to swap them.

Complete all of the flowers to match the ones on the background surrounding each circle.

Solution:

Once done you can collect the Square Token,

Now view the Glass case again. Add the square token to the lock, followed by the Circle and then the triangle.

The case opens and you can collect the Star.
