Episode 15 Walkthrough - Poltergeist House

This is our guide to Poltergeist House, the fifthteenth Episode in the puzzle adventure game Artifact Seekers, from Five BN. In this episode you are exploring an old house that has been haunted by its former resident, for 60 years.

You goal in this chapter is to investigate te house and find out what is needed to banish the ghost and restore peace to the family living there. As before there are collectible items to find in each area for extra stars.

Episode Fifthteen - Poltergeist House Walkthrough

You begin in the front garden of the house.

Morphing Object: Birdhouse in the tree on the left.

Collection Item: Eye Bead. Look on the front of the house to the left of the door, there is a small vent. Open the vent to find it.

Bell: small hole in the ground in front of the swing seat on the left.

View the swing seat on the left and collect a Leaf (1 of 2), notice the Ouija Board on the seat.

Next view a tire swing on the tree on the right. Collect a Flashlight.

View a small hole in the underside of the house to the left of the porch steps. Use the Flashlight here to look inside and collect a Key.

Now view the front door. Collect a Lion (1 of 5). Then use the Key to unlock the door.

Enter the hallway.

Collection Item: Yarn Ball on top of the sconce lamp on the right side.

Morphing Object: Dog/Cat, In the painting on the top left.

Bell: Look at a broken seciton of wall on the right below a painting. Tap to remove the nails and wood to find it.

View the broken stairs and move a rag to collect a Lion (2 of 5).

Then open the door on the left and go through to the lliving room.

Talk to Hannah in the armchair. She wants you to fix the TV.

Bell: while talking to Hannah it is on the shelf to the right.

Morphing Object: Flowers on a high shelf on the left of the room.

Look on top of the TV in front of Hannah, collect a Lion (3 of 5).

View the fireplace and collect a Lion (4 of 5) from the top.

Then view a glass fronted cabinet on the right and open it. Collect anorther Lion (4 of 5) and a Decorative Shield (1 of 3).

Back out to the garden and then view a gate on the left side of the house. Add the 5 Lions here to find a puzzle

Side Gate Puzzle

• The board is a 6 x 4 grid of circles. On the grid ther are some light grey pieces that have red dots on some sides.
• A few of the pices have arrows on them showing the only way they can move. Once can only be rotated.
• The other light grey pieces can be moved in any direction.
• Slide the pieces around to fit them together so that the number of adjacent red dots match.

You can now enter the back garden. There is a large shed on the right.

Collection Item: Yarn Ball under a bush on the left side.

Morphing Object: Roud/square decoration on the front of the shed roof.

Collect some Boards (1 of 2) from the grass and then view the Barbeque drum. Collect a Decorative Shield (2 of 3) from under it.

Then view a large gate at the back of the garden. Collect a Leaf (2 of 2) from here.

Go back to the Living Room. Then view a small box on a chest on the left wall.

Flower: in the carved pattern on the cabinet below the box.

Add the two leaves to it to start a puzzle.

Leaf Box Puzzle

• There are four pojnted on the board with colors. You can slide these around the slots on the board and also use the center circle turntable to rotate them and rearrange them.
• On the left are targets with the same four colors.
• Arrange the pointers into the correct positions and orientations so that you can line them up on the left to point at the correct colored target.

Once done the box opens and you can collect a Key and come Powder.

Return to the back garden and view the shed doors. Use the key here to open them.

Enter the Shed.

Collection Item: Yarn Ball. Move a tin on the middle shelf on the left.

Morphing Object: Glove on the barrel on the lower right.

Flower: Look under the workbench to the left of the window.

Look at the workbench to the left of the window. Collect some Nails, and also a Decorative Shield (3 of 3).

Bell: move a rag on the right of the workbench to find it.

Then view the large red tool cabinet on the left.

Add the three decorative shields to find a puzzle

Shed Tool Box Puzzle

• There are blue blocks with numbers on them from 1 to 9.
• In between are arrows blocks that signify the greater than or less than signs. (ie: 2 > 1 , 4 < 7 etc.)
• Drag and swap the number blocks to the correct positions so that all of the greater than or less than signs are correct.

Solution:

Open the top drawer and collect a Hammer and some Wire Cutters.

Look on the floor to find a loose floor board. Use the hammer here to lift it and collect a Symbol (1 of 4).

Now go back to the hall in the house and view a boarded up door on the right.

Use the hammer to remove the boards and then you can open the door, it is a dark basement. Collect the Handle from the floor.

Go back to the Shed and view the workbench again. Add the handle to vice and it will open, collect the Board (2 of 2).

Return to the Hallway. Then view the broken stairs. Add the Boards to the stairs and then the nails. Finally add the hammer to secre the boards.

Then you can go upstairs to a landing with a sofa.

Morphing Object: decorartion on the front side of the small table in the center.

Ring: look in a small hole in the sofa on the right.

View a small case on the sofa on the right. Use the wirecutters to cut a clasp on the front of the case and you will collect a Planchette.

Go back to the front garden and view the Ouija board on the swing seat again. Add the Planchette to this and you will see it move. This is a clue.

Go back up to the landing and view the case on the sofa again. This requires a three letter combination. Use the clue from the Ouija Board.

Solution:

Collect a Flame and another Symbol (2 of 4).

Go to the back garden and view the Barbeque again, add the Flame to the top to open it.

Collect a Knife and some Food.

Ring: move some of the coals to find it.

Enter the Shed and view the side car of the motorbike on the right. Use the knife to cut open the cover and collect some Gloves and a Symbol (3 of 4).

Back out to the back garden and view a red rose bush on the left. Use the gloves here to move the roses aside and collect a Dice (1 of 2).

Back up to the front garden and then view the tire swing agian. Use the knife here to cut and collect the Rope.

Return to the upstairs landing and view a tall painting on the back left.

Use the knife on this to cut it away and find a hidden door. You cannot open it yet. Collect a Dice (2 of 2).

Next view a wooden box on the table in the center of the room.

Add the two dice to it to start a puzzle.

Dice Box Puzzle

This is an Extra Star Puzzle. Complete it within the number of seconds shown on the right to earn the extra star

• There are three pet animal tokens on the board that you can move by sliding them in any available direction.
• When you move one pet the others will also move in the sdame direction if there is space to move to.
• There are also two squares filled with pet toys that will move along with the pets and can be used to block movement.
• Move the three pets to the matching marrked squares on the board.

Once done you can collect a Sphere (1 of 2) and another Symbol (4 of 4)

Go back to the Shed and view the Electrical Box on the wall between the windows.

Add the four symbols here to open the door and then collect a Handle from inside.

Now go back to the living room and view a rug on the floor behind the sofa on the left.

Move the rug and use the handle on the door un der the rug to open it and find a puzzle.

Living Room Floor Compartment Puzzle

• There are three circular pictures made up of four segments each. The segments are jumbled.
• Use the center arrow buttons to rotate reach picture and then the blue arrow buttons to swap segments between the circles.
• Arrange the segments to complete the three colored flowers.
• Make sure that each segment is in the correct position and the flowers are rotated to be the correct way up as shown.

Once done you can collect some Oil and a Button (1 of 3).

Go out to the back garden and view the large gate at the back. Use the Oil on the hinges.

Now you can open the gate and go through to a lake.

Collect a Sphere ( 2 of 2) from the boxes, and a Pike Pole from the dock.

Return to the hallway and view the Lion statue at the end.

Add the two spheres to the eyes of the lion to reveal a puzzle.

Lion Statue Puzzle

• This is a lights out style puzzle.
• Each of the hexagon tiles on the board has 'O' on one side and an 'X' on the other.
• Tap a tile to turn it over. When to turn one tile it will alto turn any other tiles that are touching it.
• Turn all of the tiles to show the 'O' side.

You can now collect a Key.

Go back upstairs and view a door on the right behind the sofa.

Use the key to open this and enter the Bedroom.

Morphing Object: Cushion on the chair on the right.

Flower: Move a curtain next to the bed and look at the window.

View a fitted wardrobe on the right, Use the wire cutters here to cut the binding and open the doors.

Collect a Bucket and a Fuse.

Collection Item: Yarn ball on the top shelf under a hat.

Now you can return to the shed and view the electrical box again. Use the new fuse on the panel at the top to replace the center broken fuse. Then tap the handle on the lower left to turn the power back on.

Go back to the upstairs landing and look in a cupboard on the back right to see a trapdoor in the cieling.

Use the pike pole to open this and extend a ladder. You can then go up to the attic.

Collection Item: Yarn ball. Move a painting on the floor next to the large box.

Morphing Object Dream Catcher/Wind Chime hanging from the ceiling on the left by the window.

View the boarded window on the left and use the hammer to remove the boards.

Open the window and then use the Pike Pole to reach and collect the Antenna.

Then view a birdcage at the back of the room to the left of the mannequinns. Collect a Token (1 of 3)

Ring: in the small jewelery box on the right.

Go to the Living room. Add the Antenna to the top of the TV and get it working.

After talking to Hannah again you will collect a Flower (1 of 2).

Look at the ceiling fan to see a bag hanging. Use the Pike pole here to get the bag. Look inside thg bag and collect a Flag.

Collection Item: Yarn Ball on the bookshelf on the lower right as you look at the fan.

Go to the front garden and view the mail box by the front gate. Add the flag to is to open it and then collect a Flower (2 of 2).

You can also read a letter inside the mailbox.

Go to the back garden and view a gate on the left. Add the two flowers to it to start a puzzle.

Neighbours Gate Puzzle

The board is a large grid with picture blocks on it. There are 16 blocks with parts of the full picture.

Move the blocks by sliding any row or column.

Arrange the blocks into the correct pattern to complete the picture and place it in the center 4x4 grid.

Once done the gate will be open.

View the Food bag in your inventroy and open it to collect Dog Foog.

Add the Dog food to the dogs bowl in the neighbours garden, this will keep the dog happy.

Collect a Boot (1 of 2) from the Kennel on the left.

Now tap the back door to the neighbours house and she will talk to you.

You will receive the Ritual Instructions. View these in your inventory and collect the Token (2 of 3).

Go back to the hallway of the haunted house and then through the door on the right to the basement that is now lit up.

Morphing Object: sticker on the bottom of the power panel on the far left.

Flower: move some clothes in the laundry basket on the right to find it.

View some pipes on the left and collect a Boot (2 of 2)

Now return to the Attic and view a large box on the floor on the left.

Add the two Boots to this to start a puzzle.

Attic Boot Box Puzzle

• There is a red block on the left of the board.
• Slide the red block to the exiton the right.
• Move the blue blocks around to make a path for the red block.

Collect a Fuel Can and a Valve wheel.

Return to the basement and view the pipes on the left again. Add the Valve wheel to them.

Turn the wheel to turn off the steam. Notice also the diagram clues on the wall.

View the piano on the back left of the room. Tap the stool to move it out and collect a Fleur-de-lis (1 of 4).

Next view a picture of a bird on the back wall.

Tap this to move it and then use the hammer on the bricks behind to make a hole. Collect a Plunger.

Go to the upstairs bedroom and then open the door on the far wall to look inside a bathroom.

Tap on the bath full of water and use the plunger on it. This will empty the bath and you can collect a Selector Knob and a Screwdriver.

In the bedroom look at a small vent cover on the left of the bed. Use the screwdriver to remove the cover. Collect a Decoration and a Handle.

Now go to the basement and view a blue refrigerator at the back. Add the handle to this to open it and collect a Chip (1 of 4) and a Monogram (1 of 3).

Ring: View the small shelves to the right of the fridge and move the pot to find it.

Then view a Yellow washing machine on the right.

Collection Item: Eye Bead, move a rag on the floor on the left of the machine to find it.

Add the Selector Knob to this to start a puzzle

Washing Machine Puzzle

• There are three dials that you can each set to eight positions.
• Follow a clue to set these correctly.

Solution:

Use the positions shown on the left wall by the pipes.

Collect a Token (3 of 3), then open a small compartment inside and collect a Button (2 of 3).

Then use the Screwdriver on the green hose attached to the machine. Collect the Hose.

Go to the Shed and view the motorcycle. Open the fuel cap and place the Fuel can on the floor. Then add the hose to the motorcycle.

You will collect the Gas.
