I've checked (& double checked) the Extra Stars Guide, but it only shows where 23 (of the the 24) coins are hidden. Where's the 24th coin?

Sorry, please ignore my previous comment - I re-read the guide, and realised there are 2 coins found at the graveyard. Thanks to the guide-maker!
