I absolutely CANNOT open the Gate with the 4 sliders on it? Videos do NOT help me. Please I need a visual move by move instruction. I've literally tried for months. Please help me, so I can finally move on, please and Thank you

I had a similar problem. I had to watch the video on my phone while doing puzzle on computer. Pausing after each step. I had to do it a few times before it worked.
