Lost Lands 8 - Part 3

This is our walkthrough for Part 3 of Lost Lands 8, an mystery puzzle game from Five-BN games. In part 2 we managed to activate the dolmen in the garden on Maaron's house, and we use it to travel to the Stronghold ruins.

There is no one around.

In the center is a wooden scaffold, view this. Then tap it to wobble it and a 'Tile' will fall that you will collect.

You need to repair the scaffold to climb up but we must find planks first.

Next tap on the white tent on the right to look inside.

Tap on the table on the right to read a note and them again to collect another 'Tile'.

Manuscript: on the bench on far back of the scene is a manuscript to collect.

Now tap to view the large skeleton on the ground to the left. Just to the right of the head is a small Skull to collect.

Now tap on the door at the top of the steps on the left of the scene.

Add the 3 tiles that you have to the empty blocks around the door

Then place the skull in the center and the door will open.

Go through the Maze

Inside there is a maze of rooms and doorways. You need to find your way through. You can reset to the beginning if you get stuck.

First take the left door (blue)

Then the right door, (orange).

In this room collect a spear from the the back left corner.

Back up once and tap the left door (blue).

In this room use the spear to knock down and collect a mask on the top left wall.

Now back up twice to the entrance room and then go through the right door (orange)

Use the mask in the center of the door and it will open, go through.

From here first take the left path

In this room tap the unlit torch on the wall to the right and it will open a secret doorway. Go through.

Tap to collect the sword from the broken statue.

Now back up twice to the 2 paths and now take the path on the right.

In this room, add the sword to the statue on the right and the doorway will open, go through.

There are now 3 archways. First go through the left arch.

Collect the Crystal from the wall on the far right, this room will go dark.

Back up and then go through the right archway. This room is dark.

Add the crystal to the socket on the far left. The room will light up, and you will see a passage at the back. Go through.

Again we have 2 paths. Take the path on the left (blue)

Tap the stone plinth on the center to move some rocks and then you can collect a Lever Arm.

Now back up and go to the right (orange)

Place the lever arm in the stone block on the left and pull it. Steps will appear and you can exit through the high doorway.

Find the Planks

You have arrived by a Lake. There are planks and other items here to collect.

Collection Item: A horseshoe on the left by the tree

Morphing Object: a banging rock under the stone bridge.

Collect a plank from the bottom left below the tree. (1 of 10)

Then tap the roots of the tree to see a box in them.

You cannot get to this yet but you can collect another plank from the bottom right. (2 of 10)

Next view the net in the water under the bridge.

Collect the pink Gem (1 of 10) from the net and then plank from the right (3 of 10).

Under the bridge on the far side is a stone (petrified) troll figure. There are 2 planks here to collect. (5 of 10)

Bottom center of the scene is a stone that the boat is tied to. View this. Collect the plank (6 of 10).

Now tap to view the boat. Collect 2 planks from the left side. (8 of 10)

Now tap to view the dolmen on the hill over the bridge.

There is another plank to collect just behind the rune rock. (9 of 10). Then finally View the signpost on the top right.

Collect a plank from the bottom of the sign. (10 of 10)

Now you can back up to the Tower area again and tap on the Scaffolding.

Add the planks to it to begin a puzzle.

At the top are some section of planks, you need to arrange these into the structure so that they fit together.

There are 3 levels to the scaffold to complete the puzzle.

Once done you will be able to click on the top of the scaffold to view a box. Open it and collect the hacksaw from inside.

Now return to the white tent on the right and use the hacksaw on the locked chest to remove the lock.

Open the box and collect a Rune.

Now back up from the stronghold to return to the Garden, then go through the gate on the left to the road and then tap on the next dolmen at the top of the scene.

Use the new Rune here to unlock it and you can travel through to the Academy of Magicians.
