All Free Energy Locations in Hogwarts Mystery

When the game was first launched there were only a handful of locations where budding wizards could go to get some free energy. Currently as of June 2020, there are now 10 free energy locations where you can go in Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery to get free energy and we've got them all listed below:

Usually can come back to these spots after about 6 hours in most cases to get all of the free energy over again.

All Free Energy Locations in Hogwarts Mystery

East Towers

This is an original energy location. Head to the East Tower and tap the framed mirror, and you will see a ghostly character appear, and you'll gain +1 energy. Now scroll over to the right and you should see the ghostly Peeves just before the staircase to the Divination Classroom, tap him for another +1 energy.

West Towers

Scroll to the right until you get to Prefect's Bathroom,, just to the left of the door you will see a picture on the wall, tap it and oranges will appear in the picture and you'll get another +1 energy.

Lower Floor West

Here you are just another two taps away from getting two more energy. Scroll until you see the Great Hall in the middle of your screen, then tap above the pillar to the right of the Great Hall, and tap the middle knight statue, also to the right of the Great Hall, you should get +1 energy for each tap.

Lower Floor East

This energy location is only unlocked after you reach year 2. Scroll over to the library and tap the pile of scattered books on the bench for +1 energy.

Dungeons

Find that pink house elf, and tap him, he'll run off, but you'll bag another +1 energy for your trouble!

Castle Grounds

Scroll over to the right and tap the stick on the floor. Fang will come and take it away but you will get another +1 energy.

Hogsmeade

This free energy location unlocks in Year 3, you can find it by scrolling carefully to the right until you see clearly the alleyway between two buildings. If you've done it right, you should see a character waving at you in the distance, tap him and you'll get another +1 energy as he slides towards you.

Forbidden Forest

This free energy location unlocks when you get to Year 4. To get the free energy you need to tap the web outside the spider's lair, the spider will scuttle off but leave you with +1 energy.

Magical Creatures Reserve

Tap the little wolf that you find there, he'll howl and give you an extra +1 energy.

There are a few other good ways to get free energy, these include having pets and completing your daily planner tasks and by watching ads. All in all, these days in Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery, it has become a little easier to get your energy back!
