This is a time limited special event, if you can manage to fill up your progress bar within the specified time then you will get an exclusive outfit.

the way to fill up your progress bar is to get full stars in any class, along to way to completing the progress bar, other goodies are unlocked so it is worth a try even if you think you don't have time to unlock the main final prize.
