How to Transcend and Transfer Pet Stats

Darkness Rises is a dark fantasy action RPG that brings players in a world threatened by a massive demonic invasion. Players take control of legendary heroes to decimate the demonic forces in a smooth, fast-paced, action-packed combat. Skills, stats, and equipment aside, you can also bring along pets in your adventure. In our Transcend and Transfer Pet Stats guide, we will discuss how to transfer your pet’s stats and how to transcend them to increase their stats and level cap.

Pets provide your character useful stat boosts and power increase. They’re not that hard to maintain and look after. You just need to make sure that they’re properly fed (recharge their Candy) daily and you’re pretty much all set. We have covered how to develop your pets and how to complete the Breakthrough process to give them additional traits. Now, there are two more features about Darkness Rises’ Pet system that we need to cover: Transcendence and Stat Transfer.

Pet Transcendence

This is similar to your weapon’s Transcend mechanic where you can further improve your gear’s stats and increase the level cap. Once your Rank S pet reaches max enhancement, you can also Transcend them to increase their level cap and give them permanent stat boosts. You can transcend a pet up to 5 times, allowing them to increase the level cap by 10.

You can select pets of any rank and development level as fodder. When you select the material pets, the success rate gauge in the bottom-left corner of the screen will fill up. The amount of success rate that will be added to the gauge will depend on the selected materials’ rank and development levels. The amount of materials and gold required for filling the success rate gauge will increase the higher the transcend count goes. Since you can only select up to 20 materials at a time, you’ll most likely need high-ranked and high level fodder to fill up the gauge.

Of course, you can always transcend even if the success rate is below 100%; however, there’s always a chance of failure, no matter how small. If the transcendence attempt has failed, the selected materials and the amount of gold for that attempt will still be lost so it’s always strongly recommended to go for 100% success rate if you want to ensure that your materials and gold are not wasted.

To perform this operation, follow these steps:

1. From the home screen, open the main menu in the lower-left.

2. Select Character then select Pet.

3. Select the Pet you want to transcend.

4. If the selected pet is eligible for transcendence, you’ll see the Transcend button in the lower-left portion of the screen.

5. Select the pets you want to use as materials, make sure that the success rate gauge is full then pay the required amount of gold to complete the process.

Transferring Pet Stats

You can also transfer the stats from one S-rank pet to another S-rank pet. Both pets must also belong to the same type (attack types can only transfer stats to other attack type pets). When transferring pet stats, please take note of the following:

* The material pet, stat transfer berry, and gold will be consumed in the process.

* The material pet's level, number of breakthrough traits, and transcendence are transferred to the target pet.

* Breakthrough trait types and values received by the target pet are randomized.

To complete this process, do the following steps:

1. From the home screen, open the main menu in the lower-left.

2. Select Character then select Pet.

3. Tap the Transfer Pet Stats option in the middle-left portion of the screen.

4. Select the Pet you want to receive the transferred stats.

5. Select the material pet that will transfer its stats. (This pet will be consumed)

6. If you have the required amount of gold and stat transfer berry, press the transfer button to complete the process.

Pet Stat Transfer is a great process to do especially if you want to use a new Rank S pet without spending time and resources to build it from scratch.
