Do you have to grind for resources? It can get too repetitive and boring.

Most gacha games have some sort of similar systems regarding the matter, one way or another. It's intended to keep players playing for a long time. You can use the Sweep and Auto-Combat features to let the game handle some of the battles/farming and lessen the pressure on you.
