In level 45, the trade terminal stopped working. I cannot buy/sell (+/-) shares anymore and portfolio value is stuck below 250,000. So, I can’t withdraw the funds. Was working fine initially.

Sounds like you must have found a bug.

You could try closing and reopening the game to see if it clears, or you may need to restart the level and play through it again.
