Level 18: Melody Walkthrough

Continuing on in Act 2 of 50 Tiny Room Escape, after completing Level 17 you have moved on to the room of a musician filled with instruments.

Level 18: Melody

First view the sofa and move the paper to find a key. Examine the Guitar and look on the back for a clue.

Turn the view to the opposite corner as shown.

Collectible: under the sofa.

Collect the blue book on the floor in the near corner.

View the 'Keys' display in the corner and collect the Sheet music (Music Notes) from the stand.

Tap the power switch near the floor under the wall display. You will see the lights flash and travel over the keys on the wall. This is a clue.

Turn back to the opposite wall and view the set of drawers. They each have musical notes on them.

View the 3 framed records on the wall. Each has a name and a date. This is another clue.

Now Tap the switch on the wall. This will turn off the room lights and light up the music notes display on the wall above.

View the drawers again and you can now tap the drawers in the order given by the wall lights.

You need to include the initial Clef.

A box on the left will rise up and you can collect a red Arrow.

Next look at the notes on the sheet music you collected. There are 5 lines of notes.

Select 1 line of notes to tap into the drawers again.

Solution:

When you tap in the correct notes a second box will appear. Collect the String.

Now turn to the left and view the shelves.

Collectible: on the lower right shelf.

View the microphone trophy for another clue. Then add the arrow to the empty triangle stand on the lower left.

Tap each arrow and turn it towards the locked cupboard door in the center.

Collect a second String from the cupboard.

Turn to face the Piano. Then first view the picture on the wall to the right of it.

Look on the back for another clue. Ten view the piano.

Collectible: on the lower shelf.

View the clef trophy on the piano for another clue.

Now view the book shelf.

Book Puzzle

• Add the blue book you have to the shelf.
• You can swap pairs of books around.
• Find the correct order to arrange them in.

Solution:

• Each book will be related to one of the clues seen in the room, which will give you a year.
• E.g. Discovery Book => Music Discovery (Clef) trophy = 2011.
• Place the books in year order.

Now view the top panel of the Piano. Use the key on this to open it.

Place the 2 strings that you have to repair the piano.

Piano Puzzle

• Now you can open the lid of the piano and view the keyboard.
• You need to play the correct notes on the keys
• The clue was found earlier on the wall display with the lighs.

Solution:

Tap to play the notes in the order shown by the red lights on the string of lights that is on the wall display by the music stand.

The door will open and you can exit.
