Level 46: Performance

First view the stage, notice the word THEATER, this is a clue. Collect a Stick from the left side of the trap doors.

Card: on the stage. (1 of 3)
On the wall to the right of the stage you see two alcoves, in each one there is a mask with a unique expression. Below each mask is a vent grill. Tap the grill on the left to remove it. There is a clue with three arrows.

Tap on the grill to pick it up and view it. notice the pattern on it. There are hols but some of the positions where there should be holes for the pattern are filled in. Another clue.

Next view the alcove to the right of this, There is a different mark and when you remove the grill below it there is a different set of arrows.

Card: behind the grill.
Examine this grill also to find that is has the same pattern but with different holes filled in.

Next look on the wall to the left of the stage. Here you will find two more alcoves with two more masks, below each one is also a grill that you need to remove to find the arrow clues and also examine the grills for the patterns.
Card: on the floor under the mask on the left.

Collect a green Toolbox from the floor by the grill on the left.
View the toolbox, this requires you to set a 4 digit code, the clue is four faces on the dials. You then have arrow buttons to change the numbers on the dials up and down.

Solution: The four faces match the ones on the masks in the alcoves. Look below each matching face to see the directions of the arrows. E.g. the smiling face has Down Down, Down. - follow this instruction to set the dial with the smiling face to 3.Show
Code: 1832Show
Once done the toolbox opens and you can collect a Hammer.
Now turn to look at the rows of seats in the theatre.

View the two columns on the left and then tap each of them to lift them up. Some have letters on them.

Next do the same with the seats on the right. Collect a Handle from one of the seats on the left.

The letter on the right are THE and on the left side are ATER.
Open the curtain at the back to find a panel with a 4x4 grid of buttons. You need to tap the correct buttons in order.

Solution: Match the grid to the seat positions and tap the buttons associated with THE on the right two columns and then ATER on the left two columns.Show
This will open the panel to find a set of sandbags on a pulley mechanism.

There are four wheels on the left. The second one is missing a handle. Add the handle you have to this.
Next you can use the handle to move the horizontal ropes. Turning each handle will move one or more of the ropes to the left or right.
Each rope has a knot in it. The aim is to line up all of the four knots over the vertical white line as shown.

Once done you can pull a handle at the bottom to lower the sandbags. This will not initially work as they will not all go down to the bottom.
Tap pairs of the sandbag to swap their positions, you need to use trial and error to work out the correct order so that all four bags reach the bottom.
Solution: Show

Once done tap the lever to lower all the sandbags and this will open the curtains on the stage and the trap door in front of it.
First look on the stage to see a panel with the same pattern as seen on the vent grills in the alcoves. Each of the 'holes' of the grill pattern is a button here that you can press.

Method: Press the buttons that match the positions of holes that are filled in over the four grills.
Solution: Show

Once done the panel opens to find a mechanism inside, it is stuck. Use the hammer on the gears to remove the block.

Next look in the pit below the trapdoor, there are three controls. Add the lever to the center one so that they can all be used. Now tap each of the levers to lower into place different set items.

Each lever will cycle through three different items.
When you place three items that match you will see letters on the THEATER word light up.
You need to make three sets of matches to light up the entire word.
Possibly you are supposed to make a match with each of the three different possible sets of scenery (Campsite, Living room, Sea) but at present you can just repeat the same set three times to get the word to light up.

Once this is done a door opens at the back of the stage and you can use it to escape the level.

Move on to Level 47.
