This puzzle page shows a slowly rotating tow windmill image. The kind you got as kids from the sea-side.

Solution: The solution here is wind, or atleast the sound of wind. Blowing on the microphone should make the windmill speed up and if you can do this loud enough for a few seconds then it should solve the puzzle. You could also try holding the phone out the window on a windy day or out of a car window while driving. But for me the easiest way was to find a video on youtube on my PC of white noise and turn the volume up for a few second while holding the phone next to the speaker.
