Single Yellow - Top Right - Watch Face

This puzzle appears as below. It resembles a watch face with a strap but only a single hand that moves around very slowly.

Solution: This is a movement based puzzle. it would appear that you are supposed to handle the phone as if it was a watch that you are flicking up on your wrist to look at the time. In general though we found that you can activate it by holding the phone upright and flicking it quickly to the left, or the right or back and forwards. Flicking it once makes the hand motion speed up. Flicking it again should then activate the circle and complete the puzzle.
