This puzzle screen shows the red light in the center and line similar to a clock hand moving around it, but in and anti clockwise direction.
Solution: To activate this puzzle you need to change the clock time on your device backwards from the time now. Go into your settings and disable any 'auto' time setting and then change the clock back by an hour, or to yesterday. Return to the puzzle and the light will activate.
