Progressing the game will mean that you’ll have to improve your team, you will then start to establish your daily routine by performing specific activities each day in order for you to gather resources.

We will be continuing our Beginner’s guide for Part 2, and here we’ll learn more about the different features you can check out after you have decided to continue playing the game. As your team becomes stronger, you’ll need to maximize your resources as well that are needed for your progression. Let’s check what’s in store for you to do.

Sign-In Rewards

Making your way through different stages in the adventure mode will mean that you’ll have battles that will eventually get harder. Not only will you go through different chapters, there will be instances where you won’t be able to continue further until you are able to reach the correct account level that is required. While not playing the game’s adventure mode, you should be collecting as many resources as you can while possible.

When playing the game each day, you automatically get a sign-in reward, this is a given for you when logging in. However, new players have a beginner 7 day event that provides them with extra rewards based on the quests that are provided. Each day can also provide you with rewards for free, while others can be claimed for completing the requirements. You can get useful items here such as Ingots, Silver, and more.

Raid or rechallenge stages for farming resources

Increasing your CP has different methods such as leveling up heroes, providing them with armaments, etc. Early on in the game, you’ll know that providing breakthroughs for your heroes will increase their stats, this requires materials as well which you’ll need to farm. Check your hero if you need a specific material, and you can tap on the + button to see which stages the material drops.

Challenging stages you have cleared can be done in one round, or you can raid them up to 10 times in order to sweep for rewards. You can do this as long as you have enough stamina, and it’s going to be a common activity for you to do once you want to provide breakthroughs for your new heroes.

Do your daily Treasure / Pavilion Hunts

When going through the game’s adventure mode, you’ll notice that your account levels up once the EXP required is filled. Your current account level will be the basis for the max levels of the heroes that you have on your team. If your account level is 20 for example, your heroes can only be leveled up to 20 and cannot exceed it.

There will be instances in the game’s adventure mode where you cannot progress further until you reach a specific account level. If you cannot clear adventure stages, how will you get more account EXP then? Thankfully, one of the ways that you can acquire more experience is by doing your daily treasure / pavilion hunts. By checking on the game’s adventure mode, you’ll find the Pavilion Hunt on the lower-right side of the menu. Here, you can use up your hunt energy, and tap the button to start treasure hunting. Not only will you be able to get materials to improve your relics, but you will also be able to level up your account.

Claim your daily Stamina and Energy refills

Completing stages in the game will need resources in order for you to play them. Adventure mode stages will require Stamina, while Pavilion Hunts will require energy. Once you run out of these, you will either need to use restorative items such as Ginseng and Ganoderma which will replenish them. However, you can also claim daily refills for free each day.

When checking the adventure mode or pavilion hunt, look at the icons on the upper side of the screen. Stamina has S+ with a bar beside it, while Energy has E+. You can tap on this and claim a free refill each day in order to get more stamina and energy. This way, you can complete more stages and acquire more exp and resources. Once the free refill is used, you will have to use Ingots to restore them.

Join a Sect

The Sect is a feature that you’ll be able to unlock once you reach level 23 for your account. You might be wondering what a Sect is. As you may know, Monkey King: Arena of Heroes is a game that will let you play and interact with other players. As such, there’s a feature where you can create a group similar to a guild or an alliance. In this game, it’s called a Sect.

You can create or join a Sect if you wish. You will want to be in a Sect as soon as possible, and start contributing with the different activities such as donations, sect boss, sect quiz, and more. The rewards you can get are Sect Contributions which is the currency that you will need for the Sect Merchant. Useful items here can help out with your progression, especially Legendary Hero Shards.
