The Basilisk

Here is all you need to know to complete The Basilisk in LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4.

1) Use Wingardium Leviosa to clear the tunnel.

2) Use Wingardium Leviosa again to fit the elbow tubing on the pet tunnel. Do the same thing to the other cubicle, then order Ron's pet to press the switch.

3) Assemble a plunger out of the Lego pieces and ride it towards the clogged toilet.

4) Assemble the four bones from the skeletons to reveal the Red Crest piece.

5) Use the plunger to plug the mouth of the squid in the tunnel.

6) There are four dig spots in the area, dig them to get the Yellow Crest piece.

7) Cross the bridge, then use Wingardium on the snake statue. Then jump to its mouth and enter the tunnel.

8) Avoid the snakes glare beam

8) Find the ingredients to create the strength potion. There is a piece behind each boulder.

9) Drink the strength potion and open the metal gate.

10) Use your targeting skill to hit the basilisk's head.

11) Assemble the three piles of Lego pieces into musical instruments to get the Green Crest piece.

12) Fall through the large pipe to get near the basilisk.

13) Use Wingardium Leviosa on the wizard hat to change it to a weapon and then use it to kill the snake.

Re-run

1) The green Wizard can be found beside the dark chest of Gilderoy.

2) Get the Blue Crest piece by shooting the lock on the circular hatch using RE then assemble the pieces to a clock. You will then find it before the ramp to the left.
