Is there a way to replay certain side quests?

Is there a way to replay certain side quests? I’m specifically talking about the Crushed quest. I didn’t have a high enough level to chose the “I fancy him” option.

No. I recently redid a side quest that I had failed but I didn't initiate it. You can replay side quests but you can't choose when it happens.
