Episode 4 Walkthrough - Doll Factory - Part 2

This is the second part of our guide to Doll Factory, the fourth Episode in the puzzle adventure game from Five BN. In this episode you are exploring the abandoned house to find out what happened to the professor and his doll creation.

This is part 2 of the walkthrough for Episode 4, In part 1 we have begun to collect the parts to assemble the doll for the fisherman. Now we will find the rest of them.

Episode 4 - Doll Factory Walkthrough - Part 2

Go back to the front of the house and look at the pool of water on the right below the statue again. Add the valve handle to the pipe and then turn it to let the water out. You can then look inside the empty pool and move the stones to collect a Wrench.

Now go to the cemetery. In the center is an arm sticking out of the ground, view this. Use the shovel here and you will collect the Left Hand.

Next Return to the warehouse and view the broken doll on the table on the lower left. Use the wrench on this to remove and collect the Right Hand

Now you should have all of the doll parts. View the Doll Scheme in your inventory and add them one at a time to tick the boxes. When you add them all you will collect the Parts of Doll.

Return to the workshop and view the machinery. Add the Belt to it and then pull the handle. It will start.

Next view the doors to the left of the machinery. Place the detail on them to open them, there is a conveyor belt inside.

Place the Parts of Doll onto the belt and the machine will assemble the doll, but there is a problem.

Assemble the Doll

• There are three dolls with the parts jumbled up.
• There are also two extra magnets that you can move parts onto.
• Each doll is made up of four sections, they attach together with magnets.
• Move the parts around to arrange them and make three dolls with the correct matching parts.
• Note that you cannot place anything under the feet as there is no magnet there.

Once done you will collect the Assistant Doll.

Return to the Dock and give the doll to the fisherman. He will give you a Glass Ball and a Red Crystal.

Go back to the front of the house and view the figure with the top hat again. Place the glass ball into the other eye socket.

Now you can look on the ground again and see another clue. Note the shape of lines. This may be different in your game.

Enter the hall and now view again the door on the upper landing on the right.

Door Crystals Puzzle

Tap on crystals to make a pattern of lines.

Match the pattern you saw on the ground outside.

Once done the door opens and you can enter the Library.

Morphing Object: small book / envelope on a shelf on the right wall to the wight of the grandfather clock.

Collection Item: Glasses on the desk.

Record: Tap on a square on the floor to the left, to the right of the large globe. Open the floor to find it.

Look on the desk and collect a second Joker card.

Then look at a glass cabinet on the right. Use the Hammer on it to break the glass and you can collect a Quill.

Go back to the Office and look at the desk. Place the Inkwell on the right and then add the Quill as well, This unlocks a puzzle in the center of the desk.

Office Desk Puzzle

• This is a timed puzzle that lets you earn an extra star if it is completed within the time limit.
• This puzzle has a number of colored chips that you can move around in a large circle or onto 3 joining lines.
• Most of the slots on the lines and circle have colors.
• You need to arrange all of the ships onto the matching colored slots.

Once done you can collect another Joker card and a Corkscrew.

Go back to the warehouse and view the 3 hanging robot figures at the back.

Add the Joker cards to this to start a puzzle.

Joker Robots Puzzle

• Look at the 3 cards to see the positions that the Jokers are on.
• Tap the joint on the robots to move their limbs and arrange them to match the cards.
• When each one is correct a hat symbol will light up above it.

When they are all done you can collect a Book and a Key.

Go back to the Library and view a small cabinet on the curved shelves at the back of the room.

Animal heads puzzle

There are 8 heads here, you need to select the correct ones.

The clue for this was seen int he courtyard

Solution:

tap on the 4 heads that match the animal statues seen in the courtyard.

Books puzzle

• Inside are six books. Add the 3 books that you have to this.
• Tap pairs of books to swap their positions.
• Arrange them to make a complete drawing.

Once done you can collect a Lens and then also collect an Insecticide Recipe.

Go to the Kitchen, collect a Jug from the counter on the right wall under the hanging pots and pans.

Then view the shelf above this and collect a jar of Lentils.

Now go to the docks. First view the water again and collect some Seaweed.

Then view the barrels on the right again. Place the jug under the small barrel and then use the corkscrew on it. Collect the Wine.

Go back to the Kitchen and add the seaweed to the grinder that is on the table on the left. Collect the Crushed Seaweed.

Next go to the workshop and look in the opened cabinet on the left again, now you can collect the blue jar of Copper Sulfate.

Now return to the Greenhouse. On the left is a box. Use the key to open this to find a puzzle

Greenhouse Box Puzzle

There are four gems on the board. You need to move them to the 4 spots in the center.

Tapping a number around the outside will push anything on the board next to the number the same number of squares away from it.

For example pressing the 2 on the left will push the gem that is next to it 2 spaces to the right.

Once done the box is open and you can collect the Macadamia Nuts and a Triangular Piece

Now view the Insecticide recipe in your inventory and you can now add to it the 5 items. Collect the Ingredients.

Go to the table on the right and place the ingredients down.

Then you can add them one at a time to the bowl on the burner on the left. Once they are all added tap the base of the burner to turn it on, then use the spoon on the table to stir the mixture.

Now view the Sprayer in your inventory. Add the Hose and the clamp to it.

Then use the screwdriver to tighten the clamp and collect the Sprayer.

Place the sprayer on the table and now you can select the bowl of insecticide and fill the sprayer with it.

Collect the Insecticide.

Return to the Graveyard and view the door to the crypt again. Use the insecticide here to kill the insects.

Enter the crypt, it is dark. View the small urn on the left. Use the candle to light the fire. Then collect a Pipe from the ground on the right.

Morphing object: Doll limb by the flame on the right of the center steps.

Record: on the table on the bottom left.

Collection item: view a doll figure on the left side and find a watch hanging from it.

Collect a Magnet that is hanging from a chain on the far right. View the magnet in your inventory and then add the Rope to it to collect a Magnet on a rope.

Next tap on the floor at the top of the steps in the center. You will see a broken floor tile.

Use the hammer to break it completely and then you can collect a Part of the pattern.

Now travel to the warehouse and look in the hole in the floor that you uncovered earlier. Use the magnet on the rope to pull up a box from the hole. then look inside it.

Move the papers to then collect a Knife and a Valve.

Go back to the Crypt and view the Doll figure on the left again. Add the Knife to the hand and then you can collect a Half a heart.

Go to the Office now and view the doll in the glass container on the left. Add the Half a heart to the front and the container will open. Collect a Basis of the heart.

Go to the Library now and tap on the circular patterned floor by the curved bookshelf. Add the Part of the pattern to the slot on the lower left, this will open a section of the floor, collect a Bow and a Round piece.

Return to the Crypt again and view the sarcophagus in the center. You can add the Triangle and round pieces to it.

Sarcophagus Puzzle

This is an Extra Star puzzle, complete it within the set number of moves to earn the star.

• There are three round red counter on the center section of the board.
• You can select one of these at a time and then move it around the board.
• Placing a counter on to a colored square will make bridge pieces pop up to allow you to move the pieces across to the sides.
• You need to move all 3 pieces to the red squares on the right side of the board.
• You will need to move at leas one piece to the left side to allow you to cross to the right.

The sarcophagus will open and you can then collect a Drawing of the heart, and also collect a Key Base.

Back out to the graveyard and view a grave to the left with candles on it. There are 2 small cherub figures.

Add the Bow and the Pipe to the cherubs and a panel will open to show a puzzle.

Cherubs Word Puzzle

• Tap the letters to spell out a word according to a clue seen earlier.
• The letter will appear from the pot held by the cherub on the left and be pushed across to the right on the line between the pots.
• You need 7 letters to fill the space.
• Because of the path of the line you need to type them in a special order so that they then appear in the correct order to spell the word.
• You can find a clue in the Post box

The word is on the letter in the Post box, this can be different for you. For me it was MADISON. To show it correctly you need to type the letters as : N S O I A D M - So for your word type the 7 letters in the order 7 5 6 4 2 3 1

Collect a second Valve and note the clue seen in the grave.

Go to the Office now and view a safe door on the left of the desk.

This has seven buttons on it with symbols. Use the clue seen in the grave to tap 3 buttons and open the safe.

Collect a Green Crystal. and another Valve.

Return to the Greenhouse and view a hatch in the floor on the walkway. You can use the Nippers to remove the wire securing it.

Open the hatch and look inside. Collect a Wand.

You can place the valves here on the pipes but we need a clue to be able to solve the puzzle.

Go to the Kitchen and view a large chest on the floor on the right.

Add the Key base to this and then add the Wand to complete it.

Kitchen Chest Puzzle

• There is a gold token on the top left that you need to move to the bottom right slot.
• The wooden pieces can be slid around the board to help you move the token across to the target.
• The silver blocks are fixed.

Once done the box opens and you can collect a Wing and a Diary with a clue.

Go to the Crypt next and view the Doll figure on the right. Add the wing to the right. Collect the Chain from the doll.

Go to the Library and look on the desk.

Add the Lens to the metal arm and then you can place the diary underneath it to see the clue. This will show the positions for the valves in the greenhouse.

Valve Puzzle

Return to the greenhouse and view the pipes in the floor. Add rthe valve to it if you haven't already done so.

Follow the clue that you saw in the diary to set their positions.

Once this is done you will see a mechanical flower open and you can collect a Mechanism.

View the Basis of the heart in your inventory, now you can complete it.

Assemble the Heart

• First add the drawing to the heart and look at it to see the process.
  
• Next use the screwdriver on it to remove some fittings.
  
• Add the Green crystal and the red crystal.
  
• Then add the Mechanism and the Chain.
  
• Use the screwdriver to replace the fittings

Once it starts working tap to close the cover and collect the Heart

Now go to the Office and view the Doll in the corner. Place the heart on the doll and it will come to life. This completes Episode 4
