Episode 2 Extra Stars Guide

As well as the Star that you will earn for completing Episode 2, there are 9 more that you can collect during the game. These will come from finding collectible items and completing certain puzzles with requirements.

This is our list of the extra star opportunities in Episode 2.

Episode Puzzles

There are 2 puzzles that are part of the Wild West Story that let you earn stars if you can complete them within set limits.

• In the Saloon there is a box to open with a car puzzle game, complete this with the set number of moves to earn the star.
• By the Train you will find a Casket that has a gem puzzle to open it. You need to complete this in the time limit to earn the star.

Collectibles

There are lots of collectible items to find in the episode, morphing objects and collection items can ear you stars directly when you collect them all.

Morphing Objects

Find the twelve morphing objects in the game, there is one in each location. You can check through our Episode 2 guide for help with these.

When you have found all 12, go to the River bank area and view a small tent on the right.

Wanted Posters

There are six of these to find in various location of the game. You can check through our Episode 2 guide for help with these.

Once you have then go to the jail house and view a notice board towards the back.

Snakes

There are six of these to find in various location of the game. You can check through our Episode 2 guide for help with these.

Find the star for these items by the Train.

Mini-Games

These items are needed to let you place optional extra puzzles games.

Mugs

There are 5 of these to find in the episode, check through our Episode 2 guide for help finding them.

Use these in the saloon to give the cowboy a drink. Complete 5 games to earn a star.

In each game you need to clear the board by moving the token around to clean every spot on the grid.

Coins

There are 5 of these to find in the episode, check through our Episode 2 guide for help finding them.

Head to the post office and look in the back of the covered wagon to find the puzzles that require the coins. Complete 5 games to earn a star.

Move the lasers and mirror around the board to connect them to the matching color at the top. You have to use all of the mirrors to complete each level.

Feathers

There are 5 of these to find in the episode, check through our Episode 2 guide for help finding them.

Use these in the place of power. Complete 5 games to earn a star.

Move the skulls on the board to untangle the lines and turn them all green.

Secret Room

The secret room is opened in the back car of the train. You will see on the side a Plaque with bird symbols.

You need to find 4 symbols around the areas of the game and then tap the matching ones on the plaque to open the door and play the mini-game.

These can be found in the Saloon, the Jail house, the Tent in the Indian village and the covered wagon by the post office.

Once inside you have a Hidden Object game. Find the items that match the shapes at the bottom, you will need to use some to then find others.

Solution:

Show

View the sacks on the left and open one to collect the rope and a scoop of saltpeter.

View the desk on the left and knock the photo down to collect a Medallion.

View a red suitcase on the shelf on the right and use the medallion on the lock to open it.

This starts a puzzle.

There are 2 small red disks and 2 small green disks. Tap on them to choose a direction to move them in.

Place them onto the matching colored areas of the board.

Collect a vase and some matches. Then open the blue shirt pocket and collect a key.

View an oil lamp on the luggage on the left of the gate at the end of the car. Open the cap on the base and place the rope inside to soak it in kerosene.

View the gate at the far end and use the key to open it. Collect an Umbrella.

Next look at a patch of loose floorboard in the center of the floor. Use the umbrella to lift them.

Then you can use the rope on the honeycomb to cover it in wax. You collect a Fuse.

Now view the desk on the left again and place the Jar on it. Then open it.

Tap the spoon in the cup to then put some sugar into the jar. Next place the Saltpeter into the jar as well. Then add the fuse.

Collect the Bomb.

Now view the Locked steel door at the far end and place the bomb onto the handle.

Use the matches on the bomb to light it.

The door is open and you can collect the Star.
