First you have to answer the questions of the lady talking like first press 3 then upon her directions press 2 then you can enter the code.I did it like this, mine worked well

im doing the same thing but when i click on number 8 it hangs up no matter how i do it ive tried like a 100 times help.

You must be putting the code 123456789 but that isn't the code look carefully, I made the same mistake
