The last known whereabouts means the whereabouts the police assumed where the last. On top of the desk there lies a file with Zoey's face shown on the top of the page. On the bottom there is a timeline that has 8:00 P.M written under it. On the left side there is Zoey's name and on the right side Lily's name. Meaning, Zoey's last known whereabouts were at Lily's place. Just tap the timeline and the task should be done.
