How do I collect batteries in episode 3?

Tilt your phone down towards the path so the flashlight lights it up. As you walk, you will notice batteries appearing on the path, and you can tap on them to collect them.

They show up on the ground as you go through the trail. If your referring to the part where Adam has to find the tree house
