I suspect this is probably a bug. Exophase, which collects % achievements, shows 0 for this which seems to suggest to me that this can't be achieved normally. The Diamond Cup achievement seems to be an award for getting all achievements, but the Diamond Cup itself is an achievement so you'll never get 100% without it and it won't be awarded until you get 100%. So... catch-22. I've reported this to Kiary Games but until they issue any fix, I don't think this is achievable at all. Sorry. :-(

Exophase is currently showing that 8.62% of players now have this achievement. Did Kiari fix this achievement or is exophase now showing inaccurate numbers?

Even if it is fixed, I don't even receive daily gifts. I haven't received a single gift since I started playing this game. Is this because I have Play Pass?

I can't obtain this achievement. I'm using iOS, and I see there's another achievement called **VIP Client (Buy something in the game store)**.
It seems like they're forcing me to spend money if I want to reach 100% completion.

Kiary now appear to have fixed this in the most recent iOS and Android updates as I'm now showing as having this achievement in Game Centre after opening the game after the updates.
