How to get watering can to pour to grow flowers?

Depends on which level you’re on. If you’re on level 120, you have to put the container with an up arrow with the watering can with an up arrow on it, same goes for the other container and watering can with a down arrow. After that, you need to find a magnifying glass close to the top of the right screen to show exactly how much water to add/subtract to each row. Once you have those combined together you double click on the flower pots to bring them up to pour however many flowers you need on that exact row.
